dad had long hair and used them to tie his hair back he gave me a bunch to play with as a kid he'd bring them to the family farm for the reunion and spray perfume on them so we could avoid the horrible outhouse smells

I wore them on my wrists as protest when my dumb high school principal got nervous about the fact that our nice suburban high school had a couple of kids tagging shit around town and banned bandanas bc "gangs" (somehow I never got in trouble for this)

I think if you include scarves and include stuff that's still living at my ex-bf's I have about this many.
