request legal council, don't take any meds they tell you to take, refuse to move, if your in a small room alone, prevent the door from being opened. I used to volunteer in a local hospital, I stopped after realizing what they were doing was immoral.

This is only safe advice at some hospitals. Others will violently administer drugs against the patient's will. Hoping ethics of medical professionals in Canada are better than US

Have your friend or family call your lawyer. Have the lawyer talk with the hospital administrator. Ask for an immediate psychological evaluation. Don’t try to talk your way out of it. Remain calm, cool, and collected. Be warm and attentive, instead of antagonized and defensive.
