and they are "closed for the weekend." it must be a disaster, they probably don't have comms for work from home set up yet. my contacts in utah say that the banks are completely out of money and oil is $5 a barrel in Canada.

Dunno how big of a check you're cutting, but I've got 5800€ sitting in my transferwise, that I could get to Joe pretty quickly I think. Then I'm in Canada, and it might be easier to get cash to me.

cash crunch i can't make any transfers and there's no cash in banks in Utah. Oil in Alberta is $5 a barrel, less than the cost of transport. Keep the money!

Venmo, PayPal, and wire transfer out of my brokerage, all with additional hoops. I can get over the hoops maybe but why are these companies making it hard to get money to people in need? I don’t get it. It’s the only thing I want to do.
