I'm not going near anyone that isn't in my house. But I'm also texting, videochatting, and calling more people. Physical distance is remaining the same, but socially, within our groups, we may actually be getting closer.

We are definitely getting closer — there was a “series of tubes” separating the future and imagination oriented universe from the past oriented universe, and I built a tunnel!
