Wild things I'm starting to think: (1) Sanity is a social construct (proper sense). (2) People are insane-default, social learning covers it up (3) Takes lots of work (meditation) to become minimally sane in an area. (4) Humans are egregores' gut bacteria. Tag yourselves

"Sanity" is a social construct, but sanity is real. "Sanity" is what people think of as sane, reasonable behavior. Sanity is actually effective behavior. They are only loosely connected.

I can tell you that “sane” people were in fact just self-reinforcing dogma, and “insane” people are largely people with insistence for an idea that needs to be understood, who were not tactically equipped as I (and others) were to (partially) break through the barriers
