Weird niche pet peeve: people who argue for trans rights by pointing out the existence of intersex people and people with complicated biology (xxy, androgen insensitivity, etc). It's such a red herring. Conclusion good, premise true, but the bit in the middle is nonsense.

Intersex rights and trans rights are both super important, but an argument that makes either dependent on the other is both unsound and also seems tactically unlikely to work.

trans and intersex and LGBQQIA etc rights are actually just equal rights and dignity to all, shifted by time/context/aspiration the error people are making is actually the same form of error in our political discourse, religion, atheism, and in physics! we deny true experience

I agree, but what equal rights and dignity to all looks like depends a lot on specific individual needs, so I think it's still worth logically separating them so you can focus on what the actual problems they experience are.

everyone is totally and profoundly unique! lumped sum approximations aren't even good for bosons; they won't even let you model an exponential cascade, like a laser or economic system hard reboot.

Everyone is unique, but systemic issues still exist and are usually based on fairly crude approximations.
