I’m curious, do you have advice on healthy ways for expressing anger that do *not* involve stopping it or lessening it? I’ve been working on feeling all the “negative” emotions more intensely in healthy ways. I’m too good at repressing & controlling them, that’s not always good

Some people would say sending light and love through meditation to the thing or person that angers you. Hard but I believe it helps.

It’s difficult for me to see this as not repressing valid feelings. But maybe doing this forces us to think through the feelings in productive ways, instead of just pushing them aside and saying “just kidding that persons great no problems here”

In my experience you can literally channel intension and energy by processing Inhale — all the emotions and fears and desires, your full experience with every sense attuned Exhale — process and let go of resolved tensions, let your breathe carry out energy entangling the world
