This appears to be systematic policy to make actual conversations and tweets hard to find on this life and death topic. There has been an incredible lack of information and seriousness from official sources.
People have been connecting online to learn more, but now searching doesn’t work like it did and they are not informed Shutting or modulating down - insidiously - the way a critical function for discovering and referencing perhaps life & death information, is it not censorship?
I would agree with your definition of censorship. I suppose I just need more evidence that it is occurring here on Twitter. I type in Coronavirus and other related search words and get a blended feed of news agencies, academics, activist citizens and normal people.
