It’s actually related! Twitter limits connections and communication between people with different characters in their name. It’s worse today than it was a week ago. It’s a response they have triggered before, to prevent panic.
This was being done before Covid came out...I was not following him, did not know exact spelling and had to dig around before I found it. Don't think anything nefarious going on...
