UN mediated accelerated negotiation for fair licensing fee, done before the April 26th end date of their double-blind trial.

As a starting point: Gilead alone should have the option to invest up to 51% in at a low strike price in a joint venture with the manfuacturer / Chinese government. This then goes public.
