Outside of enhancing screening/diagnostic capability, calm preparation, education, and coordinated widespread early action before an outbreak could have a drastic impact on the R0 across NA which could lead to a meaningfully better outcome.

And training/vigilance behind social distance, self sequestering at mild coughs, quality hand washing (15-20s minimum), avoiding face touching. Huge benefits.
