Multiple reports it’s not alcohol but dilute sodium hypochlorite 0.1% (bleach)

I am inclined to believe it, because (a) 75% alcohol super flammable, a single spark would turn all of those trucks into flamed#throwers or an explosion. (b) German paper showing efficient coronavirus disinfection at only 0.1% concentration. Open and looking for more information
