Sir I think you need to smarten up first there is no vaccine for the new strand of corona virus, there is a vaccine for the flu strand every year. The flu has a case mortality rate or 0.1% meanwhile the new strand of coronavirus has a case fatality rate of 2%

And that 2 percent is with the manifested and misreported numbers the chinese government reported, I’d rather overeact than underreact sir

Rightly said. Also everyone’s not aware that unlike SARS the 2019-nCoV Coronavirus strain is infective even in incubation period. Which totally changes everything.

What it is lacking in mortality rate, it more than makes up for in sheer infectivity and transmissibility.

& that’s just the mortality rate strictly based on the CCP’s gross misreporting of infection/death figures. Let’s just ignore that those crematoriums are running 24/7 right? But yeah bro. It’s just another flu. Nothing to worry about. Just wash your hands bro. (massive sarcasm)

See this is a common mistake, this is waaay more contagious, so even if it is much less severe it could have a massively larger impact. Case fatality rate skyrockets when there isn’t capacity to treat pneumonia symptomatically as reports out of Wuhan clearly indicate.
