Oh, p.s. @cyantist can I buy lossless audio of your reading poems from prisoners? Because that would be good sample material and apparently I should find ways to clear samples lest I get myself into even worse situations.

I do think it kind of flattering that you think anything I could create would get a billion views. I shared a mashup deejay mix I made of
@dubmood and@LilTunechi on@mixcloud last year. It was taken down for "copyright violation" after 3 listens. Underground deejayin for me! -
It’s kind of a riff on general authorship. As a comparison stream has been ok for the songwriters but terrible for session musicians who often don’t get anything from millions of plays. Likewise, prisoner poets, I feared. How to allocate returns to creative works effectively?

I like that sentiment a lot. Fundraise for their commissary funds at a minimum kind of idea?

I think the best way is to somehow drive donations to a criminal justice reform group and help all prisoners. I’ll give it some thought and I really like that idea.

If I can get prisoners to send me poems, I can single out people individually. The letters I have would take some work to figure out where and sometimes who they are.
