Look at all these buses stuck in traffic due to the Montlake bridge closure. This cannot go on for 3 weeks. , we need emergency bus lanes NOW.

Another video from the ground before I went up to the bridge. The 49 at the end is the same bus that you see in the first video, it wasn’t able to turn left even after I had crossed the street and walked up to the bridge.

We hear you and agree that emergency bus lanes are necessary. Our crews will install a westbound bus lane on NE Campus Parkway tomorrow that will be in effect 24/7 during the closure.

Yes, but the backup on the detour routes are causing huge blockages. In this case, most cars and buses are going to the University Bridge to cross the ship canal.
Hey, west Seattle has the low bridge which is basically dedicated to buses! We want what you got!

What do you mean? Our buses can run off wire. How is this evidence that the catenary is limiting?
