Back on the phone with @Intuit support yet again, who has the most godawful phone system.
Please switch to @twilio so your keypad and voice input actually recognize me. I get stuck in circular menus for 10 minutes until I even get put into the hold queue to talk to a human.

Finally got a hold of someone and it’s sorted out for now. Just wish your phone system was better and your team/systems sent email alerts about account changes.
