Back on the phone with @Intuit support yet again, who has the most godawful phone system.
Please switch to @twilio so your keypad and voice input actually recognize me. I get stuck in circular menus for 10 minutes until I even get put into the hold queue to talk to a human.

@Intuit is still withholding $20k a client paid us (which I owe to subcontractors) via an invoice 3 (!!) weeks ago. Been on the phone with them for 3-4 hours in that period trying to figure out what to do and it's insane how unhelpful they are.3 replies 0 retweets 1 likeShow this thread -
