On top of that, @Intuit is still withholding $20k a client paid us (which I owe to subcontractors) via an invoice 3 (!!) weeks ago. Been on the phone with them for 3-4 hours in that period trying to figure out what to do and it's insane how unhelpful they are.

Intuit's phone menu's automated voice has said "We understand some people cannot login to their accounts. Our engineers are actively working on it" each of the 8 times I've called the past 3 weeks. lmao y'all come on.
