My worldview is that products are replacements or augmentations to things that already happen. They either replace another product or an existing activity. To "solve a problem nobody is solving" means solving a problem nobody cares about because they spend no money or time on it.

yea so it is a perspective thing i'm after. if you're trying to solve world hunger, your competition is not others also doing it, its world hunger. and you can't come out with a product that solves world hunger. also the approach of dissolving a problem is different from solving
