One thing we’re trying with @ArrowsHQ is something I call “demand-driven product development.”
Find+capture demand from customers before you build out the full product. Distribution is much more difficult than product development. Front-load and de-risk it when possible.
It sounds goofy, I know. But this is why you’ll see us launch a bunch of small, narrowly functional tools and resources. They’ll also be built into existing app stores and places where demand already exists. Then we’ll use the ones that work as a wedge to expand the platform.

Which also is why we are making small tools you can use alongside/on-top-of any existing tool or process you have. It should lower or remove switching costs. But it gets people into the Arrows ecosystem. So that’s our general product strategy.
