Sent that email just now. I expect Niklas, the CEO, to reply. If not, I'll follow-up. I genuinely believe our app would be useful for them. So I wrote out the key reasons why, specific to his interests. There are pieces of the email that are template, but it's mostly custom.

It's not very difficult. You just have to accept that many people won't reply, at least at first, and sometimes you'll feel embarrassed. But it's okay. They've done the same thing and sent the same emails. It's how they got to the point of being worth emailing in the first place.
