Struggling to learn how to talk about our product. Trying now to just be direct without cleverness. Call I just had: “This is what the product does, and we only have 1 customer, but this is also where we plan to take it.” “That’s exactly what I want. Let’s try it!”

Starting to think the best strategy early on is just to be matter of fact about what the product does. Let the early customers find it and tell you what they think of it beyond that.
