Thinking about, after my call yesterday with @brendan, how to communicate the “movement” our product Arrows is hoping to help. There’s something in the air re: backlash to automation, obscure sales acronyms, etc.
We want to you to ignore all that & just talk to your customers.

As humans we feel like we have to be experts in everything, which usually leads to overcomplicating what should be simple things. Stop measuring so many things, just start talking and listening to people. I guess that’s our thesis
