Payoneer is still refusing to allow withdrawal of 1000 USD received on September 1st. Their verification demands seem to be a delay tactic. Their latest demand is an 'Account page screenshot' referring to a non-existent business / contractor account.

Payoneer is terrible. Google auto-created an account for me there several years ago as part of paying me a $250 open source peer bonus (opensource.google/documentation/). They gave me another $1000 and Payoneer won't let me withdraw without giving them a photo of my passport. Ridiculous.

I had somewhat more money there from the bug bounty program. Due to the law change they requested creating an account in the EU. They kept asking for utility bills which I don't have due to direct debit.

I downloaded a bank statement as a PDF from RBC to upload and that was seemingly accepted. I don't receive any bills or statements. Lots of people would have issues with proof of identity because they demand a picture of a driver's license or passport without any alternatives.

Google has always sent me Android bug bounties via international USD wire transfers. I have a Canadian USD bank account and it costs 17 USD to receive those. They likely pay ~5 USD to send them. I can receive ACH with no fee on my end < 1 USD on their end... but they don't do it.

I would have greatly preferred paying 17 USD to receive a wire transfer over dealing with Payoneer. I pay 5 people internationally every month mostly with Bitcoin but also with Wise for people who don't have a reasonable Bitcoin exchange to use. Google could use Wise for this...
