No, it's not transferrable. The only option is having the funds indefinitely frozen while complying with all of their ridiculous demands. They already demanded a picture of my passport as proof of identity, a bank account statement as proof of residence and a bunch of other info.

I received a prepaid $250 credit card branded as Google Open Source from Google through Payoneer several years ago when they included me in a previous round of the peer bonus program. I only had to provide my name and mailing address but it has clearly become a lot worse now.

I had to provide my existing Payoneer account info this time and it's working differently. Withdrawal to a bank account, obtaining a new card and currency conversion are all disabled for USD, the only currency with any funds. EUR/GBP are shown as working since there are no funds.

Payoneer's interface doesn't have any way to deal with it. I'm having to file support tickets which they're closing prematurely. No matching support ticket category for anything to do with this which they use as an excuse to close them as resolved. is basically a scam.

Sucks for the great people at google who put together the open source rewards; frustrating the people they are trying to reward is clearly not their intention.

It was also a huge ordeal to deal with the 2000 USD / month of GCP credit given to GrapheneOS by Google. They accidentally only applied it for 1 month and we got charged for 2 months. It was extremely painful to get it applied properly and to get both of those charges reversed.
