Payoneer is still refusing to allow withdrawal of 1000 USD received on September 1st. Their verification demands seem to be a delay tactic. Their latest demand is an 'Account page screenshot' referring to a non-existent business / contractor account.

Payoneer is terrible. Google auto-created an account for me there several years ago as part of paying me a $250 open source peer bonus (opensource.google/documentation/). They gave me another $1000 and Payoneer won't let me withdraw without giving them a photo of my passport. Ridiculous.

Google sends out bug bounties as wire transfers but uses this horrible service for their Open Source Peer Bonus program (opensource.googleblog.com/2021/09/announ was the previous round). I think the only reason is that it works for sending money internationally to people without a bank account.

I had somewhat more money there from the bug bounty program. Due to the law change they requested creating an account in the EU. They kept asking for utility bills which I don't have due to direct debit.
