nodeping.com/reports/status shows the IPv4 UDP outage caused by OVH DDoS mitigation since the attacker is spoofing packet sources for DNS requests. This forces TCP fallback and slightly degrades latency for clients choosing ns2. Clients would fall back to ns1 if that failed anyway.
