twitter.com/GrapheneOS/sta This release integrates Material You color picker and themed icon support but it will be the next GrapheneOS release adding themed icon support to AOSP and GrapheneOS apps. As with stock Pixel OS, it only covers home screen, not app drawer, recents, etc.

Google camera app icon isn't themes when I toggle themed icons. Is it normal?

Yes, that's normal. Stock Pixel OS has hard-wired icons for a bunch of Google apps that are not provided by the apps themselves.

Google Camera isn't made by GrapheneOS. It's the responsibility of apps to ship themed icon support which they will be doing eventually. Pixel stock OS bundling hard-wired icons for Google apps is tied to pre-Android-13 implementation before there was a standard to follow.

Google Camera doesn't have Android 13 themed icon support yet. It is not Android 13 themed icon support giving it a themed icon in the stock OS but rather the Pixel Launcher has hard-wired icons for Google apps predating Android 13 themed icons actually existing as they do now.
