PayPal rarely gives an explanation for why they freeze funds/accounts. In this case, it's very likely due to

violating sanctions on Russia tied to the invasion of Ukraine. They've previously stated they still have a business presence there.

PayPal has blocked our business account and is holding $1.3M for more than 2 months without explaining what exactly they are not happy with. Even @PayPal support doesn't know what's going on.

Hey @flipper_zero, I'm interested in your devices, but not into supporting the Russian government. Do parts of the proceeds from selling FlipperZeros end up in Russia? (e.g. in form of business taxes, as salary to employees still in RU etc). You disabled DM, hence asking here.

If you're going to be ignoring sanctions, perhaps PayPal and credit cards are not the best choice of payment methods. Credit card payments take a long time to fully settle and leave merchants with a lot of ongoing risk. As a merchant, credit cards really aren't safer than PayPal.
