Running extreme doxxing/harassment/libel campaigns against people is illegal too. In the US, the hate speech aspect of it isn't illegal, but Cloudflare operates in countries where it is including Canada and Germany.

yes, you're correct, it is illegal, however under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1) it's protected from liability and the liability instead goes to the user who posts the campaigns.

That's not relevant since Kiwi Farms itself is organizing and participating in the harassment campaigns. The owner / admin of the site and his moderators are heavily involved in it. They aren't protected in any way by section 230. The issue isn't lack of moderation on their part.

Kiwi Farms has very active moderation. The site openly exists for the purpose of doxxing, harassment and libel targeting people outside what they consider the norm. It isn't a neutral platform which just happens to be used that way by their userbase.
people have tried to argue this against both Joshua Null and KiwiFarms in court and they've failed every single time. despite how evil KiwiFarms may be, the service itself isn't illegal
