considers doxxing, harassing and libelling trans and autistic people who for the most part are not even close to being public figures is 'protected speech'. Also, a reminder 'protected speech' applies to US government, not a hosting company.

Actually, I am just saying: if you want to win, make the speech illegal in the USA and then exactly as-per FOSTA impacted Switter, then Cloudflare should be forced to act. And when you do, keep an eye on the likely unintended consequences.

Ah, a negative space argument - by allowing it, it's not protected speech; the confusion comes from me believing that all speech is protected unless it is otherwise. Find laws that make it illegal. Apply them in the USA. Then Cloudflare will surely apply their terms of service.

Engaging in harassment campaigns against people with doxxing, threats, libel, etc. and doing swatting, etc. is not legal. The content on Kiwi Farms is clearly not legal. Kiwi Farms doesn't have a lack of moderation or something like that. Kiwi Farms are the ones orchestrating it.

I would strongly agree that (e.g.) SWATthing is not legal; but usually it is the perpetrators not the platform who are prosecuted, no?

Kiwi Farms is openly involved in the doxxing, harassment, threats, swatting, etc. which happen on their site. They openly encourage / support it in their chat rooms and even on the forum. They aren't simply providing a platform for it. They even pick some targets as a site.
