Kiwi Farms is not political speech. Kiwi Farms is a doxxing, harassment and libel forum which openly exists for the purpose of pushing their targets out of society and trying to get them to kill themselves. Kiwi Farms is used to silence free speech through illegal aggression.

Cloudflare's CDN hosts their content at their edge nodes around the world and serves it from there. It masks the origin server IP making it difficult to determine the origin server hosting service. They provide the option to keep serving content when the origin server goes down.

Silencing doxxing, harassment and libel is not silencing any legitimate speech. Kiwi Farms is also not simply a place where that occurs. It doesn't simply have bad moderation. It's the purpose of the site and the admins/moderators don't just encourage it but participate/lead it.

The people who want to turn America into a "Handmaid's Tale" cosplay faire and theme-park, will point at PP and say "that site harasses marginalized unborn people and brags about their kill-count"

Stop talking about yourself in the 3rd person. It's you making the claim that Kiwi Farms is political speech and that it's in any way comparable to that. You think doxxing/harassment/libel targeting trans and autistic people to get them to kill themselves is political speech.

> It's you making the claim that Kiwi Farms is political speech Where, precisely? I'm not attempting to distinguish political or any other protected form of speech. Planned Parenthood likewise is not likely to be political speech.

You're explicitly stating right here that you think doxxing, harassing and libelling people is protected speech. You're openly stating that you think it's valid to dox, harass and libel autistic and trans people and that it qualifies as protected. That's your position on this.

Ah, a negative space argument - by allowing it, it's not protected speech; the confusion comes from me believing that all speech is protected unless it is otherwise. Find laws that make it illegal. Apply them in the USA. Then Cloudflare will surely apply their terms of service.

Can you share links re: the successful prosecutions, please? That might be handy for the future. In the meantime, I will go have a look; at first glance "/help/removing-content/" has no mention of losing lawsuits, quite the opposite in fact. Unless you mean against users?
