I know several people working as software engineers at Cloudflare. According to one of them, this incident (blog.cloudflare.com/the-mistake-th) was hardly a mistake. Cloudflare is including block lists sourced from far right evangelical groups as part of their 'family friendly' DNS service.

Can see for yourself that there are a bunch of security engineers following me. Personally, I'd recommend against harassing Cloudflare employees if you want them to keep providing services to your doxxing forums. Cheers.

These posts were made with their permission and as far as they're concerned it's not a secret. Stop making drama. It's not a leak of sensitive information. There are well known companies selling these lists and it's not incredibly hard to figure it out externally with this hint.
