They're not even neutral, they've kicked sites that cater to sex workers off their service in the past for ToS violations. Their CEO is just a facist and likes KF

They kicked off Switter which was a Twitter clone for sex workers to talk with each other. They kicked off sites that were simply publishing porn. They act as if the Daily Stormer and 8chan were the only sites they kicked off and imply they regret both. They banned far more.

I know several people working as software engineers at Cloudflare. According to one of them, this incident (blog.cloudflare.com/the-mistake-th) was hardly a mistake. Cloudflare is including block lists sourced from far right evangelical groups as part of their 'family friendly' DNS service.
