Recommend twitter.com/DanielMicay/st. Competitive anycast DNS latency despite being a small company, proper support for stuff like DNSSEC / DANE and it's unmetered even for GeoDNS. We looked into a bunch and rage4 was by far the best of them. We ended up self-hosting DNS though.

rage4.com is an easy to use unmetered alternative. Despite being from a tiny company, they have a great anycast network and rank well on dnsperf.com.
