Cloudflare drops sites from their service on a daily basis for having content they dislike. They remove sites with adult content, support for sex workers, etc. They also drop sites they deem to be posting spam. Cloudflare's censored 1.1.1.3 DNS blocks lots of LGBT content, etc.

So a company has rules/tos, is this news? It’s not like the whole company is against sex work and lgbt or whatever, its one single dns of the whole selection they have. A lot easier for kids to find porn or lgbt content than it is for them to come across and understand kiwi farms

Cloudflare says both Kiwi Farms and previously Switter are in violation of the same terms of service. The difference is that Cloudflare now says the terms of service doesn't apply to their reverse proxy as their reasoning for not banning Kiwi Farms despite it being in violation.

AHHH I see. Yeah, so that’s not cool. We don’t fuck with unequally enforced rules. Thanks for clarifying.

They've decided they essentially aren't going to enforce the terms of service anymore when it comes to sites like Kiwi Farms, neo-nazi sites, etc. Their reasoning is that supposedly the caching reverse proxy doesn't count as 'hosting' content. They'll still apply ToS to others.
