Cloudflare drops sites from their service on a daily basis for having content they dislike. They remove sites with adult content, support for sex workers, etc. They also drop sites they deem to be posting spam. Cloudflare's censored 1.1.1.3 DNS blocks lots of LGBT content, etc.

the ceo literally woke up one day in a bad mood and decided to kick the daily stormer off of cloudfare. and that was that. the neo-nazism was apparently fine, up until somebody pissed in his cornflakes.

It's because they brought him into it by saying he supported their beliefs. CEO making decisions based on their personal whims, beliefs and self-interest is somewhat problematic. Maybe there will be a significant impact to them from them and board / shareholders might care a bit.
