We've been unable to get verified at first because there was a technical issue with the verification process and now because the application gets rejected with no explanation. We had our previous account verified back when it was much more straightforward though...

Twitter allowed the company previously sponsoring our project to steal our account via customer support despite them not having the password, 2FA credentials (security key + TOTP, since you couldn't use only security keys yet) and not having access to the email or phone number.

I think we would have lost verification anyway since we had to rebrand the project but it's incredibly frustrating that we had verification back in the 2014-2018 era of our project and now it's nearly impossible to get it despite a bunch of media coverage and everything else.
