Doesn't look like an exploit but rather a service based on exploits. Don't have information on those so it's impossible to answer that.
GrapheneOS has a whole bunch of anti-exploitation improvements along with attack reduce reduction, additional patched vulnerabilities, etc.
Unknown whether they can currently compromise a stock OS Pixel on Android 13 with 2022-08-05 security patch let alone GrapheneOS with all the additional hardening. Not much point trying to answer without information on it available or any access to it.
