There's a big omission from that chart - the amount European countries are spending on hosting Ukrainian refugees. Granted, it's hard to quantify, but it needs to be kept in mind.

1. 20% of the refugees are in Poland, not the "vast majority".

Germany is funding Russia's invasion. Hosting refugees from a war they enable for their comfort and money is the bare minimum.
