The window on which you make reports is also broken. You click on report & the window automatically reopens again making you think the complaint hasn't been filed yet so you have to click on it again.
For a company this size you would expect basic features to work flawlessly.

Part of the reason we want to get verification is so that our support requests and reports will be taken more seriously. We often get spammed with NFT scams, etc. and they usually reject our reports even for blatant scams, death threats and similar clear cut reports.

I hear you. Alas, not every company has the same dedication to protect users.
I've been reporting scam websites and companies like don't even bother to reply either emails or tweets. It's an exercise in futility to offer help...
