The security patch level still appears to be 2021-10-05. The month listed on the factory images page doesn't correspond to the patch level. It would be very strange if they somehow got half a year of firmware and driver security updates previously not developed / available.

Can see the security patch level is 2021-10-05: android.googlesource.com/platform/build They could have applied the half of the security patches from AOSP without being able to increase the patch level but haven't done that.
