Have I complained about the Python cryptography package depending upon rust recently? No? Well consider this my complaint.
I mean, at least ship LLVM IIR files and build code from that for people who don't/can't have a rust compiler installed.

LLVM IR isn't more portable than the machine code so it would make more sense to ship the completed build.
