We want to share upstream but the V8 team is unwilling to accept the code. ☹️

There are a lot of non-security changes which would be nice to have upstream too for branding, removal/replacement of Google services, etc. It's unfortunate that most Chromium-based browsers other than Chrome need to carry the same kind of downstream patches for a lot of things.
