Strongly recommend against applying for guardianproject.info/contact/androi unless you want to work for someone known to be abusive and highly self-interested.
F-Droid has a high turnout rate for a reason. Jacob Appelbaum was the tip of the iceberg. They still essentially support him today.

I find it baffling for people to support a group which thinks Kiwi Farms is a group they should be welcoming and encouraging to harass people.
Ask them in the CalyxOS or F-Droid rooms why they won't ban people very openly harassing others and demanding they kill themselves.
