Initial version of signed metadata for apps.grapheneos.org is close to being finalized for use in the alpha of our app repository client.
We're going to be focusing on distributing apps via the modern split APK approach but we still need partial support for the old approach.

Chromium, Google Services Framework (GSF) and Google Play services (GMS) have separate variants based on API level so we need to support having multiple variants of an app.
GMS also still isn't using a split APK and Chromium unfortunately complicates using app bundles right now.
