Last I checked the account is no longer suspended, and reportedly there was other ToS issue going on at the same time (I can't find the reference again ATM or I'd link it). But others are saying GitHub did roll back the commits, which, if they did, was probably wrong.

Looking through their timeline and elsewhere, it seems they got increasingly frustrated with not being compensated for their work. They tried to make it into an SaaS service but a company cloned it and wouldn't even buy the domain from them. Seems to line up with making bombs.
