"Don't Look Up" is pretty bad so far. Was it supposed to be good? I saw it trending. It's so trite. It's in that uncanny valley of campiness for me.

Looked terrible based on the trailers and reviews so I didn't bother with it. Not interested in a movie that's trying to teach people a lesson by making a clumsy metaphor poorly packaged up into an attempt at a dark comedy. Netflix is churning out so much mediocre/bad content.

Netflix originals get way more hype than they deserve since so many people have it. Twitter users are probably disproportionately Netflix users too. I watch a few of their original series (Ozark, The Umbrella Academy, The Witcher) but most of their content looks bad.

Yeah, it's AMC and Dexter is Showtime. I was just bringing those up because they're also dark comedies but not terrible. I got tired of Barry since it was too derivative but I probably would have enjoyed it if I hadn't already watched too many other takes on the same stuff.
