I'm not sure 100% just 99% sure they did something to stop me from reflashing for Bryce and Steve, big money. 10 USB cables, Mac, windows, Linux, adb doesn't even work.

If you mean for installing GrapheneOS, adb isn't used as part of the installation process. You should be following grapheneos.org/install/web and either using the USB-C to USB-C cable shipping with the device or a high quality USB-A to USB-C cable (Anker, Apple, Google, etc.).

Yes I know. Graphene is installed but csnt be detected, In windows driver was installed but now device manager gives it USB root hub and controller

Please try cleaning the USB ports and the USB cable connectors with something like a plastic toothpick.
