Confirmation and report emails Microsoft sends from dersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/index.aspx fail DMARC verification since they aren't DKIM signed and SPF either fails or isn't aligned to the FROM address.
Maybe the service for dealing with the pain they impose on others should follow the rules.
